TERMS AND CONDITIONS

⚠️ Reminder: By enrolling, paying, or joining Elevate, you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree, we advise against proceeding. Your compliance ensures a smooth experience.

1. Disclaimer of Results and Liability

The eCommerce Fast Launch program, owned and operated by RD Morales, provides educational content developed by various instructors. This course is intended for informational and instructional purposes only.

While the program includes proven frameworks, business strategies, templates, and tools designed to help students succeed in e-commerce, no specific income, sales, or business results are guaranteed.

Implementation of the content and consistent action is the sole responsibility of the student. RD Morales and the instructors of eCommerce Fast Launch do not perform the work on behalf of students. Instead, we provide assignments, educational resources, and systems designed to increase the likelihood of success.

Results may vary based on individual effort, discipline, experience, mindset, and execution. Therefore, RD Morales and all affiliated instructors shall not be held liable for any financial or business outcomes resulting from the student's application—or non-application—of the program material.

By enrolling, the student acknowledges that success is not guaranteed and fully accepts responsibility for their outcomes.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, content, and intellectual property provided within the eCommerce Fast Launch course are the sole property of RD Morales and all affiliated instructors, collectively referred to as the “Academy.” This includes but is not limited to video replays, course modules, templates, assignments, scripts, downloadable assets, replays, toolkits, and proprietary frameworks (collectively, the “Materials”).

Strict Usage Policy

Students enrolled in the program (“Students”) are strictly prohibited from the following:

  • Selling, sharing, distributing, reproducing, or lending any of the Materials

  • Sharing course login access with others (shared accounts are strictly monitored)

  • Posting any portion of the Materials on social media, including short-form videos

  • Sharing screenshots of eBooks, toolkits, or any content from Google Sheets

  • Uploading course content to public forums, websites, groups, drives, or communities

All student accounts are monitored via invisible watermarking embedded into digital assets and videos. These watermarks are personalized and traceable to the specific student. Our system also tracks IP addresses, including those masked by VPNs, to detect any misuse or unauthorized access.

Violation of this policy may result in legal action under the intellectual property and anti-piracy laws of the Republic of the Philippines, which include penalties of up to five (5) years imprisonment and corresponding civil damages.

Website and Content Ownership

The official eCommerce Fast Launch website, including all code, databases, features, visuals, design, text, photos, video, graphics, software, and audio (collectively, the “Content”) as well as all logos, trademarks, and service marks (“Marks”), are owned or licensed by the Academy. These are protected by Philippine copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and unfair competition legislation.

Unless explicitly granted in writing, no part of the Content or Marks may be copied, republished, uploaded, encoded, shared, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial use.

Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course website and use the materials strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use outside this scope is considered infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

4. Relationship of Parties and Community Conduct

To preserve the integrity and effectiveness of the eCommerce Fast Launch (EFL) learning environment, we maintain strict policies governing the behavior and interaction of members within our community.

By joining the program, students agree to act in alignment with the following standards:

Mutual Respect and Representation

  • All students are expected to uphold a professional and respectful relationship with the instructors, support team, and fellow members of the eCommerce Fast Launch community.

  • Students shall refrain from making disparaging, defamatory, or harmful remarks toward EFL, its instructors (including RD Morales), its community members, or any affiliated brand. Constructive feedback is welcome through private and appropriate channels.

No Factional or Subgroup Creation

  • Students are not permitted to form independent sub-groups, cliques, or alternative private chats with the intention of operating outside or diverting from the official EFL channels (Facebook group, Circle community, Slack, etc.).

  • All collaboration must take place within the platforms officially sanctioned by eCommerce Fast Launch, in order to maintain a consistent learning environment and equitable access to mentorship.

Confidentiality and Internal Content Boundaries

  • Students are expected to respect the confidentiality of all internal discussions, private calls, assets, screenshots, and shared materials.

  • Sharing any EFL-related insights, conversations, or content to outside communities, public platforms, or competing groups is a violation of privacy and will result in disciplinary action.

Disciplinary Measures

Violation of these policies may lead to the following consequences, depending on the severity of the infraction:

  • A formal warning and internal review

  • A temporary suspension of access for up to two (2) months

  • Permanent removal from the course and community, without refund

  • Legal action, if applicable, under defamation, anti-piracy, or contract breach laws

Your Agreement Upon Enrollment

Our system works. But like all great businesses, you still need to show up, apply, and stay consistent. If you do that—we’ve got your back.

6. Piracy and Unauthorized Distribution

All digital assets, including eBooks, templates, scripts, videos, and tools provided within eCommerce Fast Launch (EFL) are the exclusive property of RD Morales and his authorized partners. These materials are licensed solely for personal, non-commercial use by the enrolled student.

By accessing these materials, you agree that:

  • You will not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content in any form.

  • You will not share materials with non-students or outside platforms.

  • You will not use any EFL content for commercial purposes outside of your personal eCommerce development.

Piracy is a criminal offense. Any individual caught selling, redistributing, or leaking course content will be prosecuted under the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including up to 5 years imprisonment. Each asset contains digital watermarks traceable to the user.

7. Guidelines for Employee Engagement

From time to time, EFL may share a list of freelancers or service providers who applied to work with the EFL team but were not hired. These individuals are not officially affiliated with EFL, FrankMedia, or RD Morales.

  • We do not guarantee their performance, communication quality, or delivery timelines.

  • Students must exercise their own due diligence before hiring or working with any third party listed.

  • This list is confidential and provided exclusively for EFL students. Sharing this list outside the community is a breach of terms and may result in removal or legal action.

8. Legal Disclosures and Educational Standards

eCommerce Fast Launch is a private digital learning platform and does not function as a licensed academic institution.

By enrolling, you acknowledge:

  • EFL does not provide government-accredited diplomas, college degrees, or substitute education programs.

  • EFL does not guarantee income or financial success. We do not support or promote “get-rich-quick” schemes.

  • Results vary per individual and depend on the effort, resourcefulness, and consistency of the student.

Success stories and testimonials shown on this site represent individuals who have implemented the program with dedication. These are not guarantees of similar outcomes for others.

If you are not willing to accept responsibility for your own progress, please do not enroll in this course.

9. Limited License to You

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the EFL site and materials for personal educational use only. You may:

  • Download or print one copy of any permitted asset for personal use

  • Not copy, republish, modify, resell, or exploit any part of the site or content

We retain all rights not expressly granted to you. Any misuse of the materials will result in license termination and potential legal action.

10. Your License to Us

Any material submitted by you (e.g. assignments, reviews, video testimonials) grants EFL and RD Morales a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, adapt, and publish that material as part of promotions or course updates.

Submissions may be used for marketing and educational purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

11. Online Commerce

Some portions of this platform may link to third-party vendors. EFL is not responsible for:

  • Product quality

  • Shipping delays

  • Inaccurate third-party listings

Purchases from third-party sites are entirely at your discretion. You release EFL from liability related to such purchases.

12. Interactive Features

Students must follow respectful and legal conduct when participating in chat rooms, coaching calls, or forums.

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate, harass, defame, or threaten any user

  • Share obscene, offensive, or illegal material

  • Interfere with site functionality or attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Use the platform for self-promotion or unsolicited advertising

13. Registration and Account Security

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing your account is a violation of EFL terms and will result in immediate termination of access.

Notify our support team of any unauthorized use. EFL is not responsible for losses arising from negligence in managing your account security.

14. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account without notice if:

  • You violate the terms of use

  • You engage in piracy, harassment, or misconduct

  • You share confidential content or misrepresent your identity

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

15. Service Interruptions and Modifications

We may update, modify, or remove portions of the website or course at any time without notice. While we aim for consistent uptime, temporary service interruptions may occur.

We are not liable for downtime or related inconvenience.

16. Governing Law

All EFL policies are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes must be resolved in a court within the Philippines unless otherwise required by law.

17. Dispute Resolution

All legal claims and disputes arising from course access, policies, or content must be submitted to appropriate courts in the Philippines. We reserve the right to bring proceedings in the student's place of residence or business if necessary.

18. Data Use and Storage

We collect data for performance monitoring and account management. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for data loss due to system failure or user error.

19. Electronic Consent

By using the EFL platform, you agree to receive communications electronically. All agreements, policies, and documents shared with you digitally are considered valid and legally binding.

20. Earnings Disclaimer

eCommerce Fast Launch (EFL) is not a get-rich-quick scheme. The program provides high-value training, strategies, scripts, templates, tools, mentorship, and access to a supportive community—but your results will ultimately depend on your own effort, consistency, and execution.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • We make no guarantees or representations regarding your earnings, sales, or financial success.

  • Any income examples, testimonials, or case studies provided are for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered promises of results.

  • We have not authorized anyone—including affiliates, coaches, or community members—to make income guarantees on behalf of eCommerce Fast Launch or RD Morales.

Important Disclaimers

  • Any statements about earnings or sales performance are estimates based on what some students or business owners have achieved—but results are not typical.

  • You should not assume that past success or case study results are a guarantee of future performance.

  • If you choose to rely on any income example shown, you agree that you do so at your own risk.

21. Factors Affecting Your Success

While eCommerce Fast Launch (EFL) provides proven strategies, tools, templates, and expert guidance to support your business growth, your success is not guaranteed and depends on a variety of external and personal factors, many of which are beyond our control.

External Economic Factors

  • The economy—both local and global—can significantly influence your business performance.

  • Economic downturns, recessions, or political shifts may impact your ability to generate income or grow your business, regardless of the strategies we teach.

Personal Responsibility & Implementation

  • We do not know your background, experience, mindset, or work ethic—therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that you will earn any specific income or achieve certain results.

  • Your success using our systems depends on your individual ability to implement, adapt, and remain consistent. Results vary per person.

Internet Business Risks

  • Operating an online business involves inherent risks and is not suitable for everyone.

  • There is always a possibility that you may lose part or all of your investment, including:

    • Course fees

    • Advertising budgets

    • Website and software tools

    • Product development or fulfillment costs

22. No Earnings Promises or Assumptions

Every effort has been made to accurately represent the EFL program and the value it provides. However:

  • Any revenue figures, sales numbers, or earnings examples shown in testimonials or marketing materials reflect exceptional results, not average performance.

  • These should not be considered guarantees, projections, or implications that you will achieve similar outcomes.

  • You accept that you may earn less, or nothing at all, depending on multiple factors including effort, budget, skillset, and changes in market conditions.

Your use of any information from our training is done at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any decisions you make based on course content, nor for any loss or damage you may incur.

23. Due Diligence

You are strongly encouraged to perform your own due diligence before making any business, financial, or legal decisions based on the materials inside EFL.

  • Always consult a qualified accountant, lawyer, or business advisor before acting on strategies discussed in the program or our websites.

  • The content provided is not professional legal, tax, or business advice and should not be treated as such.

  • Examples, templates, or strategies are for educational purposes only and may not apply to your unique circumstances.

We assume no responsibility for any outcome—positive or negative—arising from your use of EFL materials or information.

24. Product & Reservation Policy

All reservations for products, coaching calls, online courses, digital events, or consulting services require a non-refundable reservation fee, which will be credited toward the total price of the selected service.

Reservation Terms:

  • Unused reservation fees may be transferred to another offer, subject to availability.

  • We do not guarantee pricing, slot availability, or bonus inclusion for transferred reservations.

  • Bonuses, perks, or add-ons included with any offer may be changed or removed without notice and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • If EFL cancels a service or event due to unforeseen circumstances, your reservation fee may be applied to a future offer or course at our discretion.

By continuing with any purchase or reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.

25. Purchase Price Disclaimer

The pricing of all eCommerce Fast Launch products and services is determined at the sole discretion of RD Morales. While we believe the price reflects the value you receive, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase price has been arbitrarily set and may not directly correspond to industry benchmarks or objective valuation standards.

26. Not Professional Advice

The content shared on the EFL platform, website, and related downloadable materials is educational in nature and should not be considered professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Although the team behind EFL includes experienced entrepreneurs and educators, the materials are not a substitute for consultation with licensed professionals. You are encouraged to seek advice from a qualified accountant, lawyer, or business consultant regarding your individual circumstances.

RD Morales and the EFL team are not liable for outcomes resulting from your reliance on course content in place of professional guidance.

27. User’s Personal Responsibility

By enrolling in eCommerce Fast Launch, you accept full responsibility for the consequences of your actions. You acknowledge that:

  • Your success depends on your personal effort, consistency, and decision-making.

  • We do not guarantee any results or outcomes based on course participation.

  • Any success stories or case studies are not typical and should not create expectations.

You agree to do your own due diligence before taking action based on EFL materials.

28. No Guarantees

EFL provides strategic and instructional resources to help you grow your business. However, we make no guarantees about:

  • The amount of money you will earn

  • The results of applying any specific strategy

  • Replicating results shown in testimonials or examples

You understand that prior results of other students do not guarantee future performance.

29. Temporary Access to Courses & Instructor Rights

EFL may license tutorials and programs from third-party instructors and partners. Therefore:

  • Some course materials are available on a temporary access basis due to licensing agreements.

  • In the event that a licensed course is retired or withdrawn, EFL will provide a replacement instructor to continue teaching the skill or topic.

  • The platform reserves the right to update, modify, or replace course materials at any time.

By enrolling, you accept that content may evolve and that access to certain materials may change over time.

30. Reviews and Endorsements

From time to time, EFL may review or reference third-party products, services, or tools. These reviews:

  • Reflect honest opinions, even if incentives or discounts were offered

  • Do not constitute endorsements or guarantees of quality

  • Should not replace your own research and evaluation

We encourage students to conduct their own due diligence.

31. Testimonials

All testimonials featured on the EFL website or social channels are from real students or clients. While they represent genuine outcomes:

  • They are not a promise of what you will achieve

  • Your results may vary significantly based on your own implementation

By enrolling, you agree not to treat testimonials as guarantees.

32. No Warranties

EFL is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

  • Course content

  • Website performance

  • Outcome of course application

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
